I had a small issue with my order, because of course that kind of thing ends up happening to me. I reached out to support expecting the usual runaround, but they actually got back to me quickly and were easy to talk to. It did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked to fully get everything sorted, which was frustrating, but they kept responding and explained what was going on clearly. In the end, I’m happy with the help I got.

It wasn’t the worst experience, but i wouldn’t be telling my mates to try it. There were a few things that just didn’t feel up to standard, and I think the company needs to take a bit more responsibility for sorting those issues out instead of leaving customers disappointed

Most of what I needed was actually in stock, which was a relief because I didn’t feel like bouncing around a bunch of different sites just to finish my order.

The only annoying part was one item I wanted being sold out, so whoever runs this maybe needs to stay on top of that a bit better. Still, the stock was easy to check and overall good, so I’d probably use it again.

The material is really nice, like... it doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. I grabbed a couple pieces and after a few washes they’re still holding up well, which I was kinda hoping for but you never know. Overall, happy with them tbh.

I ordered a wooden piece from Roses Trading Co, the craftsmanship is prettyyy good. The edges were clean, the finish felt smooth, and it really looked like someone took their time with it.
There was one tiny mark on the underside, but it’s not a big deal since you barely see it anyway. The packaging was decent too, so everything showed up in good shape.
I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery updates could’ve been better, buuut the item itself is well made and I’m happy with it overall.
